Devon McFarlane is the Synergy Essential team’s Accounts Manager. Devon has a background in banking and Investments, tax accounting, and an entrepreneurial desire. Under his leadership, Synergy will be positioned to expand into the micro-financing sector and establish itself as a serious player in the industry.
Devon will oversee the financial resources and the administrative aspect of the business operations. He will be responsible for the efficient running of the back-office operations, the effective control of its financial and human resources, and of the technical, IT, and administrative systems with his wealth of knowledge in administration gained from his work at a number of reputable government organizations. Devon holds a Master of Science (MSC) degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies.
